Me and my partner are currently private renting for �575.00, we want to get a mortagage and we know are joint income can only get us an mortagage of around �70,000. Which is no good to us as we live in winchester (exspensive). Does any one know if we could get an gaurentor mortgage sighed by one of our parents.
