I am quite sure I read that they notify you ahead of it expiring, yet I have heard nothing.

Does anyone have a prepayment card and are you notified to renew?

They notify you only if it's a twelve-month card that is expiring. Shorter periods aren't notified.

Thanks Gingejbee.

Mine is a 12 month card and since posting I have checked the renewal date despite being convinced it was purchased last February I have found it is good until April. I was concerned that I had inadvertently picked up my mess fraudulently :-(

Oh...it may mean that you have "lost" a month or two, perhaps.
