As Petal54 indicates, it's not uncommon for ads made for overseas markets to be dubbed for the UK. (It doesn't have to be from a foreign language. Youtube shows that there are plenty of 'British' ads which were originally made for the USA but which have had British voices dubbed onto them).

Further, a high proportion of ads featuring children use the most photogenic young actors but (because their voices aren't what the advertisers want, perhaps because they've got the wrong regional accents), other children's voices are then dubbed on.

It's also interesting to look at car adverts - the registration plates contain symmetrical letters and numbers such as A, H, M, 0, 1, 8 etc so that the advert can be shown with the pictures reversed for left/right hand drive.
