On the most basic level, if a firm's WACC is 12 percent, what does this mean?

WACC= weighted average cost of capital. A company's assets are financed using either debt or equity, the WACC is the average cost of these 2 types of finance ie how much interest per � of financing. A company's WACC is the overall required return on the company as a whole.
