HP Agreement!!!!

I purchased a vehicle on HP (where I pay off for 3 years and pay at the end of the 3 years I pay a balloon payment of 7,000 or hand car in) and it was for a 3-year term. I am now finding it difficult to pay these payments after one year. I am trying to find a way to get out of it. So I checked the contract agreement. The vehicle which they say they sold me under the agreement is not the one I have. EG: I bought a shogun sport and this says a completely different model etc.

Does this make the agreement invalid? Can I take the vehicle back without any problems?

Look forward to some sound advice

Many thanks

I believe that the aslong as the registration number and chassis number match with your vehicle then the agreement is NOT invalid.

If you want to hand the car back you can do this under the halfs and thirds terms this is stated on your agreement. Aslong as you have paid a half or a third of what you owe on your finance. I'd check this with your finance company.

I hope it doesn't get stolen and some Ned sets fire to it.
