My family share one laptop and have 3 yahoo email addresses.
One email address has "frozen", "stuck" call it what you will . I can't open any message or delete anything and it's stopping us accessing the other 2 addresses.
I really would appreciate any advice how to clear this

What browser are you using to access the site? (e.g, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari)

A quick, simple test would be to try logging in to the email with a different browser (e.g. if you normally use Chrome, try Internet Explorer)
Possibly the programme that you used to open it (Chrome, IE, etc) has frozen. You can close the programme, using task manager (ctrl + alt + delete - all pressed simultaneously).

Thank you for your suggestions, I was using internet explorer and following your suggestion I/we tried Google Chrome and it allowed us to access the other addresses. Tried the control/alt and delete several things happened which I can't explain but it is still frozen.
I'll keep trying Thanks again
You need to clear cookies for the Yahoo email domain (yahoo.com, I assume). To do this, go to this URL with your Internet Explorer browser:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/delete-manage-cookies

Click on the "To delete cookies" link, then follow the instructions there.
If it is a Windows PC and 3 of you are using it then just set up 3 different Windows userids.

This is easy to do in the Windows control panel.

Then when you start up the laptop each of you will be given the option of logging on to your own "version" of Windows with your own logons, layout, desktop background etc.
