Where Is The Best Place To Go For Unbiased Information On The Eu?
There are those who talk about scaremongering by the 'In' campaign, and by the looks of it, there's a degree of scaremongering (and lets be honest, lies) by the 'Out' campaign:

So for those who have not made up their minds - where would you go?
Obviously, newspapers aren't to be trusted, and neither is the Government...so where would you go?

This seems to be pretty even handed and rhetoric-free:

Remember if the vote is in, the UK as we know it will be gone for ever. If we vote out the UK will still be here in one form or another. So will the EUssr. The fans and advocates of the EU will still have a choice regarding which system they wish to live under and can always exercise that option by moving there. They who prefer a sovereign Britain will be denied that choice for ever.
A glance at any proper newspaper or TV news channel has me thinking failing currency, lowest common denominator, open door to the dregs of the world all topped off by complete denial of any of those by dead eyed shysters.
Out looks about right, unless of course they're just about to unveil the good stuff.

"No parliament can bind its successors. Even if the vote is to remain, a future parliament, if so inclined and without the need for a further referendum, can repeal the EC Act 1972 at a stroke."
You seem to be missing the point, somewhat, jackdaw. If the UK remains in the EU there will be no Parliament (or at least none worthy of the name) to be bound or otherwise and none capable of repealing any Acts. The only way the UK will be le to extricate itself from the unholy mess that the EU will by then have become will be declare independence unilaterally with all the problems that involves.
A matter of opinion? Certainly sp. But a question you need to address before you worry about whether you will be slightly better or slightly worse off financially.

"Here in the Isle of Man we don't get to vote in the referendum, but we will greatly affected by the result "
Of course you don't, dee. You live in a part of the British Isles which is not part of the United Kingdom (and thus thankfully not part of the EU). The vote is about the UK leaving the EU so you can scarcely be afforded a vote since the IoM is part of neither.

And no, they do not come under political influence from anybody with an axe to grind.
