I know some places in the UK are not very nice to live in, but watching this video makes Birmingham, Bradford etc, seem like paradise.

Birmingham is actually an excellent place to shop and Bradford has made fantastic strides in recent years to re-invent itself as an attractive city.

However looting becomes barbaric in any country. Just look at the riots we had a few years ago and you will see similarities.

I can't the video for some reason. Where was it filmed? Most cities in SA are perfectly civilised, and have decent shopping centres.
