A New Tea Product - The Mater Has Been At It.

I'm not sure whether this is Chatterbank, Gardening & Home or Food....it's one for the book though.
I went out into the kitchen a few minutes ago to make some tea and discovered this....

chopped off small daffies from the field added to a box of tea bags - with a 1/4 of the teabags there - and soaked in water.....
Are we developing a new tea drink, like the Chinese black Oolong tea leaves with chrysanthemum petals in it, or are we hoping to create a new variety of daffodil, the Orange Pekoe daffodil perhaps?
Any other similar madness to blow out the cobwebs on what has been a very windy day down here?

My mother told me that when she got old and senile she wanted to go into a home and not be cared for me. I would have ended up throttling her after the first day.
It actually looks quite decorative DTC. I hope that she didn't wander off to the field to pick them herself. You should tie her to a dog or cat - at least them someone knows what is going on.

DT....that somehow reminds me of Prudie's mum eating the handful of popourii ....unexpected things on a table....but it looks good....we could have done with your Ma at school when we were searching for vases......
Wolf....my mother always insisted that she was coming to live with me when she needed care....wouldn't have made it through the first day....x

I have said many times that a cup of tea always has a 'funny' taste in Cornwall DT. Used to put it down to the tin or copper in the water. Now I'm not so sure. Haha. Did I ever tell you about a pal from the local? His lady is a sufferer and last year fried him 2 eggs in yellow washing up liquid. He said he left his plate clean.
