The relevant authority IS investigating him but he totally refuses to co-operate. It looks like they will be forced to imprison him!
The workers are not even allowed to speak to the press or anyone outside the work place on pain of instant dismissal. He only employs 'temporary workers' on zero hours contracts so he can sack them instantly without giving a reason.
