I haD £25.00 ON Min which was a loser but no free bet. I contacted them and they said the traders say this offer does not apply to you. Surely this is illegal

it was not for new customers. It is on for every day on the first race at
cheltenham. They gave be no explanation saying it was a traders decision. Mind you I have taken quite a bit of money of them in the past but not on horses.I am what they call a serial winner
