Ebay Buyer Complaint But Left +Ve Feedback?
8 Answers
I am usually one to answer eBay questions but this time I need advice.
I sold a Polaroid camera 2 weeks ago and got positive feedback saying
'' it works perfectly and looks great, very happy'' .
Today I get a message saying that when the buyer put a new film pack in, it over heated and she thought it was going to explode! A am a private seller.
The point is that Polaroid cameras do not have any battery or electrical power of their own, the battery is part of the film pack. You put in a new battery every time you change the film. So I can only say it must be a faulty film pack battery. what happens if she complains to eBay, she has already left very positive feedback saying it works perfectly?

Given that Amazon has withdrawn that product from sale after customer complaints, it seems extremely likely that it's a faulty film pack:

^^ Thanks Chris, this camera actually takes SX70 film rather than type 600 but it has to be the film pack as there is no battery in the camera, the battery is part of the film pack. The buyer has not actually contacted eBay yet, I was wondering what they would do as the buyer has already said the camera was 'working perfectly' in feedback.
