How To Uninstall This Useless Annoying App On Smartphone

galaxy 5s smartphone, i downloaded an app months ago ( swift wifi ) it does nothing, i have tried many times to uninstall it but cannot.

when i go to apps manager it does not give me the option to uninstall unlike all the other apps it does give me the option , swift wifi doe not.

how can i get this app off.

Galaxy is presumably android. Did you get it from Playstore ? If so can you uninstall it from it's page there ?

i think i may have got it from play store not sure. but i am now in playstore as i type this message. i am on the swift wifi app link, i try to deactivate it but i get message saying " this app is devide administrator and must be deactivated before uninstalling " so i have pressed ok but the app is still on my phone.

I'm guessing a restore to factory settings ? May have consequences.
