Following on from yesterdays thread regarding the so called 'fascist thugs', look at the bigger picture.
When has it been right to use water cannons on protesters who are concerned about what is happening to their country?
Can never remember the water cannons coming out when the Muslims took to the streets over the Charlie Hebdo cartoons.

It was said by a reader. Funny how these threats by ISIS are not aimed at Russia. I note that their appears to be no misbehaviour in Russia with respect to Muslims.
Could it be that Putin actually cares for his country and is a little more robust if any 'guests' become a continual everyday nuisance as they seem to be in the rest of Europe.
Boris wanted his Water Cannon. Other European countries use their watercannons
It would appear Mr Putin has no need for them ??? Why is that do you think ???

Mush...I had forgotten that ! I recall that a terrorist outrage was committed at a Moscow cinema or theatre a few years ago, by Chechen rebels, if my memory serve me right ::::

Not forgetting the outrage at the school in Breslan :::

And the more recent Metro bombings :::

You wonder how Russia has the time and energy to send its troops 1000's of miles away to the Middle East when it has such pressing problems closer to home.

The main thing I don't like about her ignorant rhetoric is where she writes:
The police have an almost magnetic attraction to events which offer predictable policing - such as a Pegida March through a city centre, but are incapable of defending people from the actual threat of terror we all feel.
Whilst we sit waiting for our next 7/7, the Metropolitan Police were arresting a man for a tweet, accidentally charging him to appear in court, before sheepishly letting him go.
This is just one example of her staggering ignorance of how the terror threat is being combated and is very insulting to the police.

Naomi....Don't be so supercillious....you asked me a question and I gave you my answer. I'm not sure I can add anything more.
Mush ( 13:27)...double standards ? About exactly ?
I don't make a habit of reading what this self-important D list celebrity has to say, unless someone quotes her on AB. I am much more interested if she condemns the original terrorist outrages, but I am guessing that there is not enough controversy in that for her.
