How can i lose the fat in my midsection, ive been on a diet for 2 years and lost alot of weight but the fat on my midsectiong wont budge. Is there any thing i can do to get rid of it?
It may not be 'fat', but atrophied muscle you can see. A gentle exercise routine should firm up your mid-section - a few sit-ups, brisk walks, and swimming will show an improvement quickly.
Yes. Some areas of fat can be more difficult to move, but they will eventually respond. Just keep at it. Any diet should be linked with an exercise routine though, and as the hughster says it will firm things up no end.
