Postie just delivered this weeks junk mail which included a leaflet about the referendum on 23rd June. In bold red letters it states "The Facts", the only fact inside is it costs £350 million a week. How are us peasants supposed to make up our minds which way to vote with so little information ?

I'm still waiting for someone to claim that Brexit will help/hinder global warming.

I haven't had one of those yet, baza. Whose leaflet was it?
Question Author
Official from eureferendumfacts.com .
I think that IS the only fact; all the other information which people put about is opinion. We get some benefits in trade but how much is anybody's guess. We get the advantage of being able to wander round Europe unimpeded; we get the disadvantage of other people being able to wander round Europe unimpeded. Some say we'll be more secure; some say less secure but nobody actually knows. It's all speculation and gut-feeling, so no hard facts to give.
yeah - it's like global warming .
There are those who say it exists and we are going to be engulfed when the artic ice melts .

Then there are those who say it's nonsense
I'm still waiting for someone to claim that Brexit will help/hinder global warming.
That one fact alone is sufficient to persuade this peasant to vote OUT!
///I'm still waiting for someone to claim that Brexit will help/hinder global warming. ///

You'll be waiting a long time. Remain have already claimed that one. (help, combat GW, natch)
Oh dear, and I thought I was being frivolous.

Am I the only one who got this leaflet today?
I haven't had one of these leaflets.
Looking at their privacy policy on the website baza mentioned, it's represented by a group called Vote Leave, so possibly not it's not just bare facts. They're trying to encourage you to vote Out.
Question Author
Sneaky ***, no mention on the leaflet, just email and postal addresses.
According to the blurb £350 million would build one hospital a week.
I think I'd better vote "Remain" or we're not going to be able to move for hospitals.
Question Author
Now thrown out with the rest of the junk mail, I will stick to voting out.
Right on, brother, keep the faith!

Just reminded me to have a look at it. Nothing in there I wasn't already aware of, so no change of mind.
It's still OUT
