My vote would go to Sajid Javid who went on holiday on the day TATA Steel were widely expected to announce the closure of the steel industry in the UK. Javid is only the Industry Secrectary, so he didn't think it was worth changing his holiday plans. Now that is a REAL COMPLETE IDIOT.

I still think the worst person for misusing the 999 system was the man who phoned for an ambulance and when it arrive asked them to take a bunch of flowers to his wife in hospital.
