If you work a five day week with two days off on Friday and Saturday, how many days in lieu do you get off for Easter, having worked the Monday but not the Friday?

Does your company offer any special terms regarding Easter Monday or is just paid/credited at the normal rate?
It's better to regard bank holidays and holidays together as an annual entitlement then you takes days holiday and bank holidays as holidays when taken
Bank holidays have no special significance in employment law. (For example, since you normally work on a Sunday, your employer has every right to insist that work on Christmas Day this year, at your normal rate of pay).

The only thing that the law requires is that you're provided with a minimum of 28 days paid holiday during the year and (as long as you're given reasonable notice) your employer is free to determine when those days occur.

So there's no specific right to 'lieu days' at all.
So Friday was your normal day off and the Monday is a day you normally work?
I'm not sure I understand the question, but I think it is: "I worked Easter Monday for time off in lieu, how much time off should I get?"

If so, the answer is that it depends what it says in your employment contract and/or what you agreed in advance with your employer. If your contract says nothing and you had nothing agreed in advance, then you can expect to get one day off in lieu - unless you can agree with your employer that you will get more - or even no days off in lieu, and simply be paid for the day you worked.
Best to ask the employer its entirely up them .
As long a sthe employers gives you at least the statutory minimum holidays (including bank/public holidays) it's up to the employer to set rules/Ts and Cs regarding additional payments or time off in lieu for working on public/bank holidays
I agree with the lot that say it is up to the employer's terms and conditions
