Although I have agreed to their terms on numerous occasions, I keep getting their same request from time to time.

Like most web sites, Google stores such info in a cookie. If you disable or clear cookies, it will not know that you've already responded.

Threaten to take your websearch custom elsewhere if they don't stop harassing you.
