towbar fitted

Hi I have found lots of DIY towbars but I'm not sure if I will be able to do it myself or if I will have the right tools. I do have a fairly substantial garage full of my late husbands tools but not very confident using them. House decorating is about as far as I get with tools.

Where can i get a quick towbar fitted? I'm in Somerset and I have a Peugeot 306 L 5 Dr hatchback Diesel
