Has already said he confessed to it being in self defence, what he chose to do with her corpse after he had killed her is yet another matter.

No one is forbidding him to have a trial.
However I can't see anything in the report , to show that he killed her because he was defending himself ( unless in law self defence means something else )

Sp if you try to flush a head ( no I havent tried ) down the jarn - you will find it doesnt fit
and would get caught in the bend

however the defence - sudduv catch 22 - " you have to be made to do something like this - and so it must be manslaughter" HAS been tried and the judges wouldnt wear it
