if he was hired in the Czech Republic, his employers there will pay him according to Czech wage rates. The fact that he has to travel abroad on work makes no difference. My former employers had an office in Manila and the staff got paid far less than me, partly because living is cheaper there.

Ratters, a local company here paid the price when the went over to recruit Foreign Drivers on the cheap, as It happens they were polish, the damage caused you would not belieive, the company now employ UK Only Drivers.
