The cans of Chesswood Creamed Mushrooms are no longer manufactured. Malton Foods are trying to get stores to stock them in microwaveable pots but it seems that they've not yet persuaded any of the major supermarkets to accept them onto their shelves:

The new microwaveable pots of creamed mushrooms were launched in December 2015 – at a retail price of £1.19 – and are now available through independent retailers in the North West and Manchester, as well as Booths Stores across the North East, Manchester and Yorkshire with further listings to follow throughout 2016.
Chesswood Creamed Mushrooms were recently relaunched in a 200g microwavable pot.
Hopefully they taste the same and will soon be more widely available.
