Fibonacci mi amico. You fail to comprehend the question, insofaras I am gauging your opinion as to the likely outcome of fisticuffs between the two aforementioned gentlemen.
In otherwords, just using the two men as the "product" with no outside person or institution as a variable, who would win if they undertook a martial art, or indeed pugilist, challenge?
Mr Norris is an army trained martial arts expert and for six years held the world's middleweight karate championship.
and held an impressive professional karate career.
Mr Seagal also learnt meartial arts has it is claimed he earned several black belts in Aikido, karate, judo, and kendo and became the first Westerner to open a martial arts school in Japan.
However Mr Seagal has repeatedly discussed his involvement in Buddhism and how he devotes many hours studying and meditating this ancient Eastern religion.
Mr Norris created a charity "KickStart" to help combat violence and drugs in schools
So I can so reason as to why Mr Segal and Mr Norris would wish to underake a martial art fight , or indeed pugilist, challenge simply to decide who would win.
No doubt some time soon (or there maybe already) there will be a computer game involving martial arts fighting where you can choose which hollywood action hero you wish to be and then a simulated fight can take place - till then we will never know the answer to your question.
You may laugh at the cheesy film martial artist but the truth of the matter was that Jean-Claude Van Damme had indeed had a kick-boxing career, which turned out to be very successful on the European scene. He fought under his birth name of Jean-Claude Vandenberg. Fighting as a middleweight he captured a version of the European Middleweight Kickboxing Championship in 1980 with a first round knockout which was recorded in less than a minute. His career however, lasted only a few years as his interest lay in a film career. Jean-Claude's record was 12-1 with 12 knockouts.
If you want a true, good fighter I would always put my money on Jackie Chan, due to his extensive knowledge and experience of many forms of Kung Fu, including Monkey and Drunken Master Kung Fu. I know all of his films are choreographed, but he is truly a hard ******.
