Not every country observes the human rights stuff.
What punishment, if any, is there for countries who don't?
Those countries which do observe then, like UK, cost their taxpayers millions through legal fees for processing non-stop criminals' appeals and the government eventually getting permission to prosecute, or ban, or extradite, extremists.
The rights of victims are ignored.
