Do you think The people who run London have gone all humbug over the new year celebrations.

I wouldn't say they have gone humbug, its just London has poor public transport and people from other countries, as well as those from here, who get drunk and seem to want to destroy the history (a statue of winston churchill was vandalised though the guy was caught on tv cameras doing it) and what with america causing trouble and putting the terrorism thing our of proportion it was decided to get people to stay closer to home.
