You might remember I told you the other week that my son is stressing beyond belief over revising for his GCSE's? Well today he got the result for his Food Technology GCSE coursework - which makes up 60% of the final grade. He got 86/90 marks and was the highest in the whole year : ) Gave him a huge cuddle which was quite hard seeing as he's 6ft 3 lol

Ahh thanks everyone. Yes he did say he felt a little more confident. Plus added to that he did two final English literature mocks last Friday - and got A* in both of them x

from experience (as I didn't follow my O grades), get him to follow his successes at GCSE into As.....I was steered into Geog, Geology, Chem and Biology when, on results, I should have done Geog, English (1s (A* equiv) at O in both), perhaps Geology, and Art, maybe History of Art rather than Geology.....today, I use the English more than anything.
