But as we all know he only made up his mind on which side to support a few hours before the deadline. He was asking both sides how much power and position he would be offered in the government if his chosen side won. He chose 'leave' as it offered him a better personal deal. now he realizes he has made a poor choice and is desperately trying to swing opinion back his way. Boris is above all else a politician and is trying to feather his own nest. He does not give a damn which side wins as long as he is in a prominent / powerful position in it !
Eddie....its perfectly obvious why Boris is part of the LEAVE camp. He thinks that it might win the Referendum, but much more importantly, he is on the other side of Dave.
He realises that he is the heir apparent of the Tory Party, and it really doesn't matter what the outcome of the vote is because Dave will be gone whatever happens.....sooner rather than later if we all vote LEAVE, and Boris will be waiting in the wings, dagger drawn. He will slash his way to the top.

// Odd how Boris neglected to mention a former party leader who said , "We must build a kind of United States of Europe." I wonder why?//
and yet Bojo DID mention another great unifier of europe ( no not Napoleon )
thanks for that
who else was aware that Churchill gave great speeches in support of the idea in opposition and then did diddly squat about it in his ministry of 1952-5 ?
