I'm not sure which technology AB uses to display videos. (Youtube used to rely upon Adobe Flash Player but many videos now use HTML5). So I'll cover both of the things which come to mind:
Go to your list of installed programs. If there are any references there to Adobe Flash Player, uninstall any/all of them. Then RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. (That's important).
Then (irrespective of whether you've just had to uninstall/restart or not), go here:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Deselect the optional offers, click 'Install Now' and download the installation file. Click on the blue (downward-pointing) arrow at the top right of your Firefox window; you'll see the download listed there - double-click on it to run the installation file.
Once you've done that, try viewing a video here again.
If that doesn't work, try typing 'about:config' into the Firefox address bar and hitting 'Enter'. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise!". Type 'mediasource' into the search bar at the top of the page. Look at the entry marked 'media.mediasource.enabled' to see whether it shows 'true' or 'false'. Double-click on that line to change the value. ('true' means that HTML5 is enabled). Close the Window and try viewing a video. (If that doesn't help, go back and reverse your action).
