Self-Harm And Gp

Hello I was in GP last Friday and if he saw my hand he sayd:"I really worry about your mental health" and I am worry what happend because on this Friday I am going to the GP again due to question about my mental health. Do you sb know what type of questions will be? I am frustrated now because I did sometimes self-harm but nobody knew but now doctor written to my health profile and nursery saw it today I was in a nursery for blood test. What am I doing ? I am a little anxiety but I really worry about doctor service about this.
