Just watching The Eddie Chapman Story on BBC4. He was a British spy double agent.
He owned a health spa near south mimms. I stayed there for a weekend in late nineties with a friend. There were lots of posters around the place showing his history. It was quite fascinating. All the staff knew his story and went to great pains to tell us the story.

I may find that programme on iPlayer - the page Chris has linked to is fascinating - a bit of history I've never heard before.
