Think dannyk13 from the box it looks like a powder to make jelly but think in recioe they add milk to it. Recipe is blueberry cheesecake poke pudding, looks yummy.

Jello, here in the U.S. is actually a brand name of a range of products that are usually dishes served as a meal accompaniment.

For years. Jello came in a small box as a fine powder designed to be mixed with water and refrigerated until it "set"... normally within an hours time. Some of the flavors became iconic and lent themselves to unusual combinations with other foods to produce, euphemistically dishes known as "salads" One that comes to mind and served at least once a week in our house was either the Orange flavored Jello, mixed with grated carrots but sometimes cooks substituted green Lime Jello. It was extremely cheap, costing perhaps less than 25 cents per box...
