Skin Communicating With Itself?

Every night after my shower, I moisturise my feet. As I'm massaging in the lotion, my shins begin to itch so I do those as well. Then the skin at the back of my neck starts irritating, so the lotion goes there. This sensation then creeps down my back and I end moisturising my back. This continues, the irritation creeping around my skin, until I have moisturised the whole of my body. It takes ages!

My skin seems to communicate with itself.

Such a strange thing to happen. Do others find that this happens to them?

Just be thankful you can reach your feet long enough to be able to massage them. :)

Robinia, I have no problems reaching my feet, thank goodness.

However, as Shoota is doing them from now on, it really doesn't matter, until he goes gallivanting off to France.

Gotta go, evening meal calls.

I only ask Tilly because when I'm stressed, even though it's in the back of my mind and I don't realise I'm stressing, my skin flakes. The flaking is mainly my scalp but I break out in rashes.

If you have a 'head down and get on with it' attitude your body has a way of telling you there's something wrong.

I'm not being being mean....It's just something I've experienced on quite a few occasions.
