I am patient Albs, honest. It's the hound I'm concerned for, found out he was rehomed previously and returned after 3 or 4 weeks 'cus he was too 'pushy' for them. Not nasty, just in their face all the time. Been fine with us so far, but then we're used to positive dogs, just want to stay on top of it.

Balders. the poor dog was only looking for love and trying to please. Sounds like a good one to me.

just before I do go, Balders, the last dog we had was re-homed a few times before I was emotionally blackmailed..
The folk who had her had no time nor patience to train her. Everything was the dog's fault.
errr, no it wasn't. after a few months, she settled in quite nicely.
Miss her like crazy :-(

To be fair he spends a lot of his day laying across my feet, loves the contact, and I get him out in the garden and chuck a ball for him, but it's not the same as a good walk. We'll get there.
