First of all, the restaurant said they refused because of hygiene issues, but now they have changed their minds and said it was about an issue with space, and have apologised.

Oh and the time the theatre put up so high up in the 'gods' we were in danger of a nose bleed and it took us 20 minutes to climb up there (they were aware of our situation pre arrival).
It would be great to think all could be treated better, it's certainly better than it was.
