It really was an odd story. I was certain that he was dead. I thought that my parents were irresponsible, not compared to his :-(

Hoppy has it right here. What a great kid.....Apparently he is very hungry, and who can blame him ! I hope he is tucking into a large cheese burger.

Yes...some luck was involved OG ! But it was only 2 miles away from where he was abandoned by his parents.

Not sure he found that much water, he is dehydrated and was put on a drip apparently.

A good outcome but lets not forget that the parents were trat their wits end with him throwing rocks at cars and continually misbehaving. What they did turned out to be a real problem but I strongly suspect other parents have done similar but not had the same consequences. If you go too hard on the parents then it is a signal to kids, once again, they can get away with anything which is why society is in such a mess currently in the UK.
