Help I have just listed an item on eBay as buy it now when I meant to send it to auction

Although I've often bought from eBay, I've never sold anything on it, so I'm no expert.

However reading through this suggests that you'll have to use "Sell Similar" (and not "Relist") to offer the item again with a correct listing - and then cancel the first one:

Think the only way round this is to delete your listing & relist it but I stand to be corrected on this

You can edit the listing. Go to the listing in your ebay and there's a button near the top that says 'edit listing' and take it from there.

I think you will find you cannot edit the listing from a buy it now price to an auction starting price though. Other aspects of the listing can be changed but not that

Thank you I managed to edit to a price I would be willing to accept for buy it now. Thank you for your help
