Although, I know what you mean, sandy. In his autobiography, he said his factory workers worked overtime for nothing, went without their wages, etc, to make the company a success. Shortly after I read it, he moved the manufacturing abroad. I suppose that's globalisation for you and there's very little you can do about it.
