European Cup Mascot

Firstly in my defence I will state that I have been for my pre-op assessment at Manchester Eye Hospital today as I have cataracts and my first op is scheduled for 30th June. Every time there is an instant replay on the TV the mascot "flies " out of the screen before and after each clip and I have not had chance to study it. I asked the three men in my life - hubby, son, grandson - why the mascot was a dolphin with red hair and blowing a big red kiss. Stunned silence followed and then hilarity. My son got a picture of the mascot on his phone and showed me it is a cup. Son is now upset because all he sees now when it flashes on the screen is Monsieur Dolphin. Now I have planted that in your minds bet you all do the same. Nice lipstick Flipper!

Oops sorry I just assumed it was the mascot. Not seen anything else.

Bakers Dozen is probably referring to a graphic rather than an actual mascot.
