Why do I feel so tired?
7 Answers
I get about 8 hours sleep every night and don't wake up too often (occasional bathroom break, but thats about it), but I'll wake up still feeling sleepy.
Could I be geting too much sleep?

In fact, my alarm didnt go off this morning and I woke up at 8am instead of 7am! My body clock doesnt even work! At the weekend I can sleep for 10 hours easily. I just love my sleep and my bed. Its the coziest place in the world. Do you think you could be the same? If you are convinced that its a medical issue then go see your doctor.
Everybody's different, some people need three hours sleep, some ten.
I personally need nine hours - its just the way my body works. If I don't set the alarm, I always wake up nine hours almost to the minute that I fall asleep. Even if I get the "normal" eight hours I tend to feel slightly sleepy during the day.
Unless its something thats just started happening, forget about it! Whats normal anyway?
