Do you have a good authentic recipe for Santiago Cake (Tarta de Santiago)? I got one on the internet that forgot to include sugar in the list of ingredients and didn't use self-raising flour or baking powder. I added some sugar, but not enough, and although it rose a bit, it was pretty heavy.
