Is it true that sending emails on an iPad it isn't possible to change the size, type and colour ? Friend has one and she says you can only type email in the one size black print with no option to change anything.
If you can change size, colour and I font then how do you do this?

MAny thanks

There are plenty of people who would like to see 'rich text' emails (with font formatting) banned! It's regarded as a potential security risk.

So it's unsurprising that Apple doesn't allow it to be used with its native email app. However there are downloadable email apps available for iPads which facilitate sending rich text emails, either free

or for a small fee

Receiving multi-coloured text emails is the equivalent of getting a letter pushed under your door written in green ink. Something to be worried about.
Just tried it on my iPad - downloaded - installed - opened and nothing! i could see something going on but it was under my onscreen keyboard and when I tried to get rid of it, it wouldn't let me do anything more, except send a boring bog standard normal email..
