My mother has a Doro mobile phone.Everything is working fine apart from she can't send SMS texts.We have tried all we can thing of so any advice would be great.
You need to know the settings for your service provider SMS service, e.g. message centre etc. But usually that gets automatically set when you first get on the network via a data SMS. You might find this in the texts menu.
In your shoes I'd ask your supplier what the settings should be. It's possible they have them listed on their website somewhere.
Thanks.I rang Doro who talked me through the settings.My mother had somehow deleted part of the service providers number.Once I'd amended that she could send texts again.
