people, this is distorted rhetoric; it's meant to make you laugh not actually try to scientifically discuss. this entire argument has to come from whether one believes a clone is even a human. this is subjective to the individual interpreting the question.

If the clone is you (effectively). Then you are still alive. So no crime has taken place.You have effectively murdered only your shadow. If you had OJ or Michael Jackson's lawyers , then you would get off with it, for certain.
