I love Coronation Street and Emmerdale and hate to miss an episode but this is getting past a joke - trying to catch up on all the episodes - far too many in one week! Its not so bad during the Winter but in the Summer with lots of work to do in the evenings I don't have time to sit for sometimes two double episodes of each per evening. I record some when I'm out or watering the garden but then have to catch up which is a race against time! ..... its getting very silly having so many episodes, does anyone else find this? I have been watching both soaps for many many years .......
There have not been more episodes of either PER WEEK than usual....it's just that the current football extravaganza has meant shifting them around, missing regular spots and having to double up to remain on schedule.
Its still too many ginge - do the programme schedulers think we have nothing else to do? I remember when Corrie was only on twice per week! Much better!
