What's That Word?

I can't think of a word. It's on the tip of my tongue. You'd use it about a dress that has been made using loads of material, where it may have loads of folds of material, big puffy, floaty etc. I thought of the word "diaphanous", but that means sheer and see-through. Can anyone help me remember the word I'm trying to think of, thanks.
