Scary belly
7 Answers
Having watched those progs where women have a complete overhall after having lost weight, it scares me that they all need a tummy tuck to get rid of their saggy belly skin. I have a fat stomach (!) and intend to finally get rid of it through diet and exercise, but I am scared that I will end up with a mass of excess skin. I am 36 so the skin is not just going to pop back in place like it might have done 10 years ago..
Does anyone have any experience of this, and how is the best way to avoid the excess skin thing? What exercises are good? Is slow weight loss the key?
THANKs!

My skin did NOT go back , After living with it for a while I got it fixed.. It wasnt a major "tummy tuck" because it was only a pouch in the very front, not all around.. the Dr said it was due to being stretched out and having two C-sections.. He said medical would even cover it because its so common after having children.. But I paid for it myself. Now I can run and do all my sports with out my chunk of skin fliping out of my pants lol... Its one of the best things I ever did for my self.. If you eat right and exercise and end up with some saggy skin.. deal with it when you come to it..for now think of your heath and getting fit..!!!! PS orange- eating right and losing weight slow will not make your skin spring back into shape.. Many men and women after losing lots of pounds have a skin pouch. Your skin gets broken down and stretched out from gaining weight to fast causing the collegen to brake up. So the damage has already been done.
