flash player

i have downloaded the latest version of macromedia flash player but when i view web pages with flash items on them they don't show the content and ask me to download the flash player. does anyone know how to solve this? thanks!

Search in google for Test Shockwave and you get to the page below (amongst others).

This should download and install both shockwave and flash automatically.

What browser do you use?
Sometimes my Firefox does that beacause it is NOT the best browser ever!
