Spyhunter 4

Can someone help me please. I keep getting up on my computer Spyhunter4, I do not know how it has got into my system, I have tried to get rid of by uninstalling it but this does not do the trick, it just will not uninstall, could some kind person tell me how I could get rid of it please.

I have very annoying pop up BROWSEFOX on mine and was recommended (on this site) to use Spyhunter to get rid of it. However, the download costs $39.99 so I declined. Looks to me like they're using it as a PUP to encourage you to use it to remove it! Are'nt puters fun?!
I'd love to hear from anyone who can recommend a way to remove it free...
