You all know who you are and I wish you well xx

To those who are still in, hope you are being looked after nicely

I think we should start a morning sick parade.
Well done that lady, Retro
|Not a bad idea, dannyk! Lovely to hear you are all on the up and up. I'm walking much more comfortably as well and getting further. (Retrocop - another 65 years? I'm only aiming for 50.)

Nice post alba, thanks. :)

I always think of the two gentlemen meeting in the park every day and complaining about their ailments.
"How are you today Bert?"
" Terrible as usual. Constant constipation and can't pee. I sleep terribly as a result"
"You think you have problems I am worse than that",says Bill. " I have a regular bowel movement at 5 am and pass water at 6.30 and I sleep like a baby"
"How come you reckon you are worse off then?" asks Bert.
"Well I don't wake up until 8a.m." replied Bill.
